April 5, 2011:Competence matrix awarded Best innovation prize
Xtractor’s competence matrix has been developed for analysing knowledge needs. Recently the tool was appointed Best innovation at the Swedish Learning Awards, a competition which is arranged every year by Promise and the Swedish Learning Association. The jury’s motivation for the prize was: ’Xtractor has packaged a knowledge test in a smart visual suit where the administration of training for the organisations is facilitated significantly. It gives a good picture for the employees and the managers of what knowledge gaps the user needs to work on’. ’As we strive to be at the forefront of development and producing innovative solutions, this prize feels like an acknowledgement that we are actually succeeding with this’, comments Stefan Hallberg, CEO at Xtractor.
